Buisier Engineering is the first Libyan firm to specialize in environ- petroleum consulting. The firm is certified by the syndicate of Libyan Engineers, and registered in the Ministry of Planning national list of Libyan consultants.
Buisier Engineering was established by Engineer Mohamed Buisier, a petroleum consultant and engineer, a graduate of Al-Fateh University in Tripoli, Libya in 1978. . Mohamed Buisier have been Working for many years in the downstream sector of the petroleum industry in northeastern region of United States. He handled a variety of projects related to the effort to minimize the environmental impacts of storing, transporting and marketing of Petroleum products.
As a firm, we have developed and accumulated extensive Experience in observing and implementing the American Environmental regulations including, but not limited to: the Resource Conservation and Recovery act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Super Fund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), the Pollution Protection Act, the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), the Oil Pollution Act (OPA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Emergency Planning and Community right–to-know Act (EPCRA),and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
It has also enabled us to master the engineering standards and technological practices of prominent American institutions like the API, PEI, ASTM, NACE, OSHA, EPA, and NFPA. As an important result of our long working relations with diverse group of engineers, experts and consultants, a wide network was created across different sectors of the industry including exceptional talented and knowledgeable affiliates.
